Who we are
Genzeria is a small-batch streetwear studio in Pakistan, run by Farhan, Abdullah, Ahmad and Ayyan. There is no account to create and no password to remember: you order as a guest, and the studio handles the order by hand.
This page explains what we do with the details you give us, what stays on your own device, and how we measure the shop. The rules of buying from the studio are set out separately in the terms and conditions.
Email genzeriaa@gmail.com, call the support line or message the studio on WhatsApp.
What we collect
Order details. Your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and city, plus any note you leave for the courier. Alongside them we record what you ordered: the piece, size, colour, quantity and add-ons, the flat delivery fee, and the total.
Payment details we never take. Checkout offers cash on delivery, and the advance delivery fee is a transfer you make yourself from your own banking app. We never see or store card numbers, bank logins, one-time codes or a JazzCash PIN. We only see that a transfer arrived, and whatever you choose to share in a screenshot.
Reviews. The display name you type, your rating, the title and the text you send.
Messages. Whatever you send us when you ask a question: your own words, and any order number or screenshot you include.
Beyond that, nothing. Browsing the shop on its own does not tell us who you are — see How we measure below.
What stays on your own device
The bag, the contact details you typed at checkout, and any order you saved for later are kept in your own browser rather than on our server. That is local storage, which is not a cookie: it never travels with your requests, and no other site can read it. The three entries are named genzeria-cart, genzeria-contact and genzeria-orders.
Everything you can see there, you can remove: the bag has a remove control on each line, the receipt and the tracker both offer Remove it from this device, and clearing site data in your browser wipes all three at once. We cannot read or delete them for you, because they never reach us.
This site sets no cookies at all. The only cookie in the whole system belongs to the studio's private console, where it keeps a team member signed in; it is never set on a customer's browser.
How we use it
- To take, prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To email your confirmation and each status change.
- To let you look the order up yourself on the orders page. The tracker asks for the order number, email and phone together, so three details have to match before anything is returned.
- To answer a question you send us, and to sort out anything that goes wrong with a delivery.
- To read a review before it appears on the site.
- To keep the sales records we are required to keep for accounting and tax.
- To spot and stop misuse, such as fake orders or automated abuse of the checkout.
We use your details for the order, question or review they came with. We do not sell them, rent them, trade them, or hand them to anyone to advertise to you.
How we measure (analytics)
No third-party analytics, and no advertising trackers. This site loads no Google Analytics, no Meta or TikTok pixel, no heat-mapping or session-recording tool, and no advertising identifier. We do not fingerprint your device, and we do not follow you across other sites. Nothing about your visit is collected purely in order to measure it.
What the studio does count. The private console shows the numbers a small studio has to know: orders today, this month and over the last seven days, revenue for the same periods, the average order value, which pieces are selling, which sizes are running low, and how many reviews are waiting to be read. Every one of those figures is a summary of order records — orders that exist because somebody bought something. It is not a profile of you, and it cannot be traced back to a browsing session.
Who can see it. Only the signed-in studio team, inside a console behind a password. It is not public, not sold, and not shared with advertisers.
Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard access logs (IP address, time, requested URL) for security and troubleshooting. The application itself does not store your IP address, and we do not use logs for marketing.
If that ever changes. If we add a measurement or advertising tool later, it will be named here before it is switched on, and the date at the top of this page will change with it.
How long we keep it
Order and contact records stay in the studio's database for up to three years, so sales, tax and after-sales questions can be answered, and are removed after that.
Reviews stay for as long as the site shows the piece they are about.
Anything held in your own browser stays until you clear it there. We cannot delete it for you, because we never had it.
Your choices
Write to the studio and we will help you get a copy of the details we hold for you, correct something that is wrong, or delete what we are not required to keep. Include the order number where you can — it is the fastest way to find the record.
Requests usually take a few working days. If we cannot do what you ask, we will say so and explain why rather than leave it hanging.

How we protect it
The order database is not on the public internet — it answers only to our own service — and the console that reads it sits behind a password and an unreadable session cookie. The site is served over HTTPS, and an order lookup needs three matching details before anything is returned.
No system is perfect. If you ever spot something that looks unsafe, tell the studio and we will look into it straight away.
Changes and questions
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top. Material changes are worth a look before your next order.
