The agreement
Genzeria is a small-batch streetwear studio in Pakistan, run by Farhan, Abdullah, Ahmad and Ayyan. These terms cover everything sold through this site: the pieces, the custom prints, the delivery and the after-sales rules.
By placing an order you accept them. If something here does not suit you, write to the studio before you order and we will try to sort it out, rather than have you order on terms you disagree with.
How we handle your details is set out separately in the privacy policy.
Placing an order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when the studio confirms it: the confirmation email, and the "Order received" state on the orders page, are that confirmation.
Every order gets a number in the form GEN-10001. Keep it, because the studio, the courier and the tracker all find your order by it.
We may refuse or cancel an order, and return anything already paid for it, if the piece is out of stock, if a price or a description was wrong, if the address is outside the area we serve, or if the order looks fraudulent. Limited and made-to-order pieces can sell out while an order is being placed: the studio only sells variants it has actually cut.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Pakistani rupees and are shown on the product page. The flat delivery fee of PKR 250 is charged on top of the piece subtotal, and is quoted separately in the bag, at checkout and on the receipt.
That delivery fee is paid in advance — straight after the order is placed — to the JazzCash account named on the receipt (title: Muhammad Ahmed farooq). Your order starts shipping only once it is received. The balance is paid cash on delivery, which is the only method the checkout offers.
We will never ask for a card number, a one-time code or a JazzCash PIN, and we will never send you a new account number in a message. If a different number reaches you claiming to be us, it is not us: check it against the receipt and call the studio.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched inside the 3–4 working days quoted across the site, once the advance delivery fee has been received and the piece is in stock.
Delivery is by third-party courier to the address you give us. Please give a complete address, a reachable phone number and any landmark the rider will need: we cannot make a parcel arrive at an address that does not identify it.
Some cities charge the courier for a second trip after two failed delivery attempts, and that cost is passed on at what the courier charges us. Delays caused by weather, strikes, road closures, public holidays or the courier's own network are outside our control, and we will tell you what we know as soon as we know it.
Inspect the parcel when it arrives. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
No returns. No exchanges. No refunds. All sales are final.
We do not run a returns policy. Every piece is cut, printed and packed for the order it belongs to, so once it has been dispatched it cannot go back into stock.
That means no change-of-mind returns, no size exchanges, no refunds because the fit is not what you expected, and no exchanges because a colour reads differently on your screen. Read the measurements and the specs on the product page before ordering, compare them with a piece you already own, and ask the studio if you are between sizes — we would rather answer a question than ship something you will not wear.
Our mistake is not a change of mind. If the wrong piece arrives, or it turns up visibly damaged or faulty, tell the studio within 48 hours of delivery and keep the piece, the packaging and the courier label exactly as they arrived, with photographs of each. If we sent the wrong thing, or it arrived damaged, we replace or correct it at our cost. If we cancel your order, we return everything received for it.
None of this removes a right that Pakistani consumer law gives you.
Custom prints and small-batch pieces
Custom and made-to-order items are printed one at a time. Print position can shift by a few millimetres from the mock-up, colour can differ slightly between screens and print batches, and garment measurements can vary by around 1 to 2 cm, because each piece is cut and sewn by hand.
Sizes are cut generous and oversized on purpose. Those small differences are the signature of a small-batch studio, not a fault. Anything past that is our problem: tell us when the parcel arrives and we will deal with it.
Reviews and community posts
Reviews are read by the studio before they appear, which is why yours shows up a little later than you sent it. Send your own honest view: by submitting a review you confirm the words are yours, that you bought or received the piece, and that we may show the review — with the display name you gave — on the site and in our marketing.
We may shorten a review, fix an obvious typo, or remove one that is abusive, unlawful, advertising something else, or not about the piece. We do not change your rating.
Names, designs and photographs
The Genzeria name, the F × A monogram, our photographs, artwork, print files, page copy and site design belong to us. Do not reuse them commercially, and do not present our pieces or photographs as your own work or your own product.
Some pieces reference songs, artists or other brands in a title or a print. Those names belong to their owners and are used descriptively — a tribute, not a claim and not an endorsement.
Using the site
Use the site as a customer: browse, order, track, review.
Do not scrape or mirror it, automate orders or bulk lookups through it, attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it or to the studio's console, place a fake order, or send abusive, threatening or harassing messages to the studio, the courier or the community.
If that happens we may cancel orders, refuse further service, and report it where the conduct is criminal.
What we are responsible for
We describe every piece as accurately as we can, but the site is provided as it is: colours, measurements and stock are our best description, not a guarantee of an exact match on your screen or on your body.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits a right you have under Pakistani consumer law, or any liability we cannot lawfully exclude.
Changes, law and getting in touch
These terms may change as the studio grows. The date at the top of this page is the version you are reading, and the version in force when you ordered is the one that governs that order.
They are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and formal disputes belong to the courts of Pakistan. Before it ever gets that far, contact the studio: most problems are fixed in a message.
